Yeah, you should open an Etsy store!
Not only should you open a store, but you should teach classes...at my house. I have a sewing machine I play with, but I haven't gotten through a full pattern yet. I mostly make it up as I go, some things turn out cute, but a lot of things look unfinished. I could use an instructor.
